Folobuy.com offers a 7 day return window for items that are eligible and meet the requirements for return, if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it’s original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
1. The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actualreceipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Steps For Returning Items

Contact us by filling and completing our return request online form. You also call us. Also includepictures of the item was delivered to you to [email protected] as a means of evidence.
STEP 2: Return after authentication
Once we have validated your claim(s), we will provide information on the most suitable meansof getting the item from you.
STEP 3: Resolving the complaint
Once we confirm that the item has been received by the Seller, Folobuy will assist by notifyingthe Seller to resolve the issue as its sole responsibility without further obligation on Folobuy.
